Returns Policy

Returns require a return request sent to our customer support department.  Products are warrantied for one year to work as advertised and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  Returns to our technician for repair or replacement are at the customer's expense.  Repaired or replaced merchandise shipping to the customer will be at our expense.

If you need to return an item, first contact our customer support department, as many items can be repaired via simple troubleshooting by our engineers.
